| 作为东亚地区发达国家之一，日本具有较长的针对国土空间及国土范围内土地利用规划的历史。同时， “绿色基本计划”作为日本的基本绿地系统规划框架，也随上位规划及相关法律法规的调整进行着相应的演进。以日本国土空间规划调整背景下“绿色基本计划”的相关演进特征为研究对象，分析不同时期日本在国土空间尺度下绿地系统规划的特征及特点，并对其整体演进特征和可借鉴性进行讨论。 |

| As a developed country in East Asia, Japan has a long history of national territory spatial and land use planning. The “green basic plan”, which is the basic green system planning framework of Japan, is also evolving with the adjustment of the upper planning and relevant laws and regulations. This paper analyzes the characteristics of green space system planning in different periods of Japan under the background of adjustment of national territory spatial planning, and discusses the features of the overall process of evolution. |
