| 文化景观规划重构是在保持其既有本质属性不变的前提下，从规划布局、游览组织、景观设施和环境改善等方面对主题文化景观进行的充实、完善、支撑或重组的过程。本文以岳阳楼历史文化景观为案例，在综合分析存在问题和潜在优势的基础上，深入研究岳阳楼产生、发展、辉煌的内在因素和外部条件。同时分析岳阳楼的地位、作用和巨大影响，研究洞庭湖、岳阳古城及其他历史文化遗存保护和现代城市发展需求的相互关系。最后在保证维护岳阳楼内在本质属性的条件下，探寻充实完善、全面提升以岳阳楼为中心的岳阳楼景区的文化品质、业态运营、生态环境的途径。 |

| Refactoring of cultural landscape refers to the planning processes which enrich, improve, support, reorganize the cultural landscape from the aspects of the planning layout, visiting organization, landscape facilities and environment while maintaining its intrinsic attribute. Based on the refactoring plan of Yueyang Tower historical and cultural landscape, this paper analyzes the existing problems and potential advantages, explores the internal factors and external conditions of Yueyang Tower’s origin, existence, development and thriving. On this basis, the status, impact and great influence of Yueyang Tower is discussed, the relation between the conservation of Dongting Lake, Yueyang ancient city and other historical and cultural relics and the modern city development is further studied, to explore the comprehensive approach to enhance the cultural quality, operation model and ecological environment of Yueyang Tower scenic region, in the premise of maintaining the intrinsic feature of Yueyang Tower. |
