| 生态系统保护和游憩发展的矛盾始终存在于国家公园的规划与管理过程中。通过科学有效的方法，游憩管理将游憩发展对生态系统造成的影响控制在可接受的范围内，实现资源有效保护与公众游憩需求之间的平衡。国外户外游憩管理理论日趋成熟，在国家公园的游憩发展中也积累了大量的经验教训。本文从游憩资源管理、游客管理、游憩服务管理三大方面对游憩管理内容展开研究，总结并吸取国外研究成果及经验，探讨中国国家公园游憩管理机制并提出管理策略，为中国国家公园的建设提供借鉴。 |

| The contradiction between ecosystem conservation and recreation development has been existing in the process of national parks' planning and management. Recreational management could control the impact of recreational development on ecosystem within an acceptable range through a scientific and effective method, can achieve a balance between effective protection of resources and public recreation demands. Foreign theories of outdoor recreation management, especially the national park recreation management are more mature, and have a lot of accumulated practical application experience that we can learn from. This paper studies the contents of recreational management from the three aspects of recreational resource management, visitor management and recreational service management, which summarizes and absorbs the research achievements and experience to explore recreation management mechanism, and puts forward the strategy of the national park recreation management, which will provide references for the construction of China's national parks. |
