在中国,以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系构建已进入关键时期,如何在实践与技术层面整合现有各类自然保护地受到广泛关注。其中,具有国家代表性和中国独特性的风景遗产如何在新的保护地体系中得到妥善保护亟须加以研究。分析风景遗产在中国传统自然观演变过程中的作用和地位,并研究风景遗产保护制度的历史经验和现状问题。研究表明风景遗产是中国自然保护地的核心保护对象,应当将其纳入中国自然保护地体系加以保护。并提出几点建议:1)科学确立风景遗产评价体系;2)将具有国家代表性的风景遗产纳入国家公园;3)在不降低保护级别的前提下,采取适合风景遗产的管理方法;4)基于风景区制度进一步完善风景遗产管理制度等。为中国自然保护体系如何整合风景遗产的保护提供一定参考。 |

Exploration of Landscape Heritage Protection Paths Based on Protected Area System in China |

The construction of the protected area system with national parks as the core has entered the critical period in China. How to integrate various existing protected areas in the practical and technological levels has attracted wide attention. It is urgent to study how to preserve the landscape heritage with national representation and Chinese characteristics in the new protected area system. This research analyzes the role and status of landscape heritage in the evolution of Chinese traditional view of nature, and studies the historical experiences and current problems of the landscape heritage conservation system. It concludes that landscape heritage is a core conservation object of China’s protected areas and should be conserved in the protected area system. This research proposes several suggestions, including scientifically establishing evaluation criteria of landscape heritages, protecting landscape heritages with national representation as national parks, using suitable methods to manage landscape heritages while maintaining the protection level, improving the landscape heritages management system based on current scenic areas management system. The research can provide references for integrating landscape heritage into the system of protected areas in China. |
