| 摘要: |
| 拥挤感知对游客的游憩体验具有重要的影响与意义。基于刺激–有机体–反应（SOR）理论，以情绪反应为中介变量，构建游客拥挤感知对恢复性体验影响的关系模型，选取福州的8个城市公园为研究样地，运用结构方程模型法进行验证。结果表明：1）拥挤感知对恢复性体验的影响路径有2条，分别是“拥挤感知—恢复性体验”的简单路径和“拥挤感知—情绪反应—恢复性体验”的综合复杂路径；2）拥挤感知可划分为物理拥挤感知与游憩拥挤感知2个维度，其中物理拥挤感知对恢复性体验的影响大于游憩拥挤感知；3）游客的情绪状态对其恢复性体验有显著影响且存在明显差异。因此，在公园建设、管理过程中，注重游客的空间体验、关注游客的情绪，可有效提升游客的恢复性体验。 |

| The crowding perception has an important impact and significance on tourists’ restorative experience. This research, based on the stimulus-organism-response (SOR) theory, takes emotional response as an intermediary variable to build a model of the relationship between tourists’ crowding perception and the restorative experience. It cites eight urban parks in Fuzhou as samples, to verify it with the structural equation model. The results show that: 1) There are two influence paths of crowding perception on the restorative experience, namely the simple influence path of “crowding perception-restorative experience” and the comprehensive and complex influence path of “crowding perception-emotional response-restorative experience”; 2) The crowding perception can be divided into two dimensions: physical crowding perception and recreational crowding perception. Between them, physical crowding perception has greater impact on restorative experience than recreational crowding perception; 3) The influence of tourists’ emotional state on their restorative experience is significant and there are obvious differences. Therefore, in the process of park construction and management, it is necessary to pay attention to the spatial experience of tourists and the emotional state of tourists, to effectively enhance their restorative experience. |
