Abstract:
The dynamic research on site landscape from the perspective of landscape archaeology provides a theoretical basis for the protection and revitalization of great sites, and is of great significance to improve the management level of great sites. Taking Humen Fort in Guangdong Province as an example, this research, based on relevant ancient books and field investigation, combs the landscape evolution process of Humen Fort sites from the perspectives of the sites themselves and social environment, and taps into the overall characteristics and value of the sites from the following four aspects: history and culture, site selection and layout, ecological environment and basic form. Based on this, the research proposes that the management service level of Humen Fort can be improved from the five dimensions of overall development, archaeological priority, environmental coordination, effective display and unified management, which may provide a reference for the protection and activation of great coastal defense sites in Guangdong Province.
