| 公众参与是城市更新过程中必不可少的环节，如今的城市建设已经不再从自然空间开始创建，而是要考虑如何再生已经有人居住的空间。首先，列举了公众参与不可或缺的8个主要理由；其次，论述了在新冠肺炎疫情影响下，线上与线下、同步与非同步等方式已开始成为推进公众参与的重要方面；最后，介绍了对有居住者生活的城市空间进行更新再生过程中，公众参与环节需要注意的要点。 |

| Residents' participation is essential for urban regeneration. There are eight reasons why the participation of residents is essential in order to regenerate the space where people already live, rather than creating a city by developing a natural space. In addition, with regards to proceed the participation of residents whilst COVID-19 is a threat, it is important to consider the methods in online and offline, and synchronous and asynchronous. Finally, the points to be noted when regenerating the space where there are residents in the area. |
